After the buyer's inspection
The inspector flagged the roof. We get on it within 48 hours, tell you plainly what is real and what is not, and put the fix in writing within 24 hours of our inspection. Our prices are published, so both sides can check the number.

What does a pre-listing roof inspection cost?
Nothing. The inspection is free, and so is the photo report. If the roof needs work, the written estimate is free too.
Can I share the report with my client and the other side?
Yes. The photo report is yours to forward to your client, the buyer's agent or a lender. It shows every slope, what we found and what we would do about it.
How fast can you get out?

Can the work be done before closing?
Tell us the closing date and we schedule the work around it. Most installs are done in one day. If the house needs HOA, ARB or historic review approval, we handle the paperwork, and the approval sets the earliest start date.
Does the roof warranty transfer to the buyer?
Yes. Our workmanship warranty transfers to the new owner for the rest of its term. After closing, the seller, the buyer or you can call or email us with the new owner's name and the closing date.
When does the seller pay?
No payment until the roof passes final inspection. There is no deposit. The price is the same whether the seller pays cash or finances.
