How can you show real roof prices online?
We measure your roof from a satellite photo, you pick a package, and you see a price range. Jeff checks the final number at a free inspection. If we find rotten decking or extra layers, we tell you before we start.
Can I finance my roof?
Yes. Financing at 7.99% to 15.99% APR on approved credit. Same price whether you pay cash or finance. You apply after you pick a package. The price is the same either way.
Do you handle insurance claims?
The claim is yours. We inspect the roof, photograph the damage, and meet your adjuster up there. We never pay your deductible. If your insurer says no, you can cancel within 5 business days.
Metal or shingle. Which is right for my house?
Near the water, metal lasts longer and handles salt air better, which is why it is our flagship. A good architectural shingle is still the right roof for a lot of houses and budgets. We will run the numbers for yours.
What warranty do I actually get?
A workmanship warranty of 10 to 50 years, depending on the package, plus the manufacturer warranty registered in your name. If something we installed fails, we come fix it.
