How much does a roof repair cost?
Most Lowcountry repairs run $850 to $4,950 depending on access, pitch, and how many areas need work. You get a written number after the free inspection, before any work starts.
Can you repair a roof that is 20 years old?
Often, yes, if the shingles still seal and the decking is sound. We tell you when a repair is buying months rather than years.
How fast can you come out?
Within 48 hours for most repairs. We do not do emergency tarping. If water is coming in, protect what is inside, call your insurance company's claims line, and call us for a free inspection once it is safe.
Do repairs come with a warranty?
Yes. Two years on the repaired area, labor and material, in writing. The warranty covers the area we repaired, not the rest of the roof.

We stock and source the common Lowcountry profiles and colors. On discontinued products we find the closest match and show you before installing.
