What you are signing up for
When you check the text message box on a form on this site, you agree that Oyster Roofing LLC may text the number you gave us about your roof request, including automated follow-ups. Consent is not required to buy anything from us. You can still get an inspection, an estimate and a roof without it.
What we send
- Appointment texts: confirmations, reminders and arrival times.
- Estimate texts: your written estimate or price, and changes to it.
- Follow-up texts about your request, such as answers to your questions and next steps on your job.
Who sends the texts
Oyster Roofing LLC sends every text in this program. We use these service providers to do it:
- Roofr, our customer system, sends the instant texts about your request (CRM and text messages).
- RingCentral runs our office phone line, and texts you send to it or get from our team come through it (phone and text).
- Zapier passes your request and your text consent record from our website to Roofr and our phone system (automation).
- Netlify hosts this website and receives the form where you opt in (hosting and forms).
- Google provides the maps and measurement behind our instant estimate and, when turned on, site analytics (maps, measurement and analytics).
How often
Message frequency varies. It depends on your request, your appointment and your job.

Msg and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
How to stop, and how to get help
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. We will send one text to confirm, and then no more texts from this program.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
