Each town starts with its own paperwork. In Hollywood, the Town takes the building and zoning permit application, and Charleston County building inspectors conduct all inspections. In Ravenel, you first get a Ravenel zoning permit and business license, then the building permit and inspections go through CC&I Services, the Town's building permit provider. Parcels outside both town limits go to Charleston County directly. We confirm which applies from your parcel and handle each step under your order.
