We re-hang for fall, add a downspout at the far end where the run is too long, and replace the fascia the standing water has rotted, each priced as its own line.
For a Tanner Plantation or Yeamans Hall area home where the roof and gutters are due together, doing both in one order means the drip edge, gutter apron and fascia are rebuilt as one edge and the HOA or the club's design review sees one color submission. Done separately a year later, the gutter crew is working against a finished roof edge, and the seam between the two jobs is where the next leak starts.
